Day Seminars

Each year, Michael offers day schools or 'seminars' on a common theme associated with Yoga. In 2019, his theme will be 'Opening the Heart'. In these days when so many people are bent over tablets and phones, the need for restorative work to open the area around the heart, encouraging the breath to gain full access to that area, has never been greater. Also, this approach will improve alignment of the the positive consequences for well being at the physical level and beyond. A second half-day seminar, entitled "Points of Power" and focussing on the Cakra-s will be held at the Ambrose Allen Centre, Tadley, Hampshire RG26 4ER on Saturday 18th May 2019. An enrolment form to download will be available soon. These seminars are well-attended and places are limited - so book early.

The next residential retreat (or 're-treat') for teachers and committed students will be with Liz Murtha and will take place at Sarum College in Salisbury Cathedral Close on 24-26 May 2019.
