Though no longer running Teacher Training courses for the British Wheel of Yoga (see 'Links') Michael still offers In-Service Training (IST) on Pranayama, as well as day seminars and weekend retreats on various in-depth topics (see below) which will count as CPD for BWY teachers.
The TSYP Teacher Training course which was planned to start in Salisbury in early November 2019 has been postponed to late 2020, following news of changes to the BCYT Core Curriculum.
Each year, Michael offers day schools or 'seminars' on a common theme associated with Yoga. In 2019, his theme will be 'Opening the Heart'. In these days when so many people are bent over tablets and phones, the need for restorative work to open the area around the heart, encouraging the breath to gain full access to that area, has never been greater. Also, this approach will improve alignment of the the positive consequences for well being at the physical level and beyond. A third half-day seminar, on the theme'Faith and Courage' will be held at the Ambrose Allen Centre, Tadley, Hampshire RG26 4ER on Saturday 7th September 2019. These seminars are well-attended and places are limited - so book early.
