Weekly Classes

For over 30 years, Michael has been offering weekly classes on Tuesday evenings in the Tadley area. These are currently held at the Ambrose Allen Centre RG26 4ER. There is an earlier beginners' class, followed by a more advanced class. working at a deeper level. Both classes are aimed at having a therapeutic effect through gradual and appropriate acquisition of habits and skills involving movement, breath and focussed attention. Fees are £45 for a ten week beginners' course, meeting from 6.30 to 7.30pm, or £60 for a nine week continuation class, meeting from 7.30 to 9:00pm. The current session finished at the end of June and there is a 5-week extension starting on July 2, half the cost of 10 weeks. There are places in the later class and a few beginners places are now available, please contact Michael if interested: michael@twobirdsyoga.com Drop-ins are welcome in the more advanced class - £8 per class.

Michael also offers a 'Breath 4 Health' class on Sunday mornings 8:30 -9:30am. NOTE, these are at The Link (Tadley Community Centre) RG26 4HN. Michael's aim is to offer his extensive knowledge and experience to help all those whose health may be improved through a gentle re-education of their breathing habits. Activities will centre on simple exercises, standing, kneeling, lying or sitting, coordinated with various ways of improving breath awareness and breathing function. All ages from 11-17 (if accompanied) to seniors welcome. If you suspect a health problem related to your breathing and have not discussed this with your GP, please do so before attending class. £5 per class.
